  • Al
    Al Dugger - Sales Manager
    423-587-2000 or (888) 699-8920

Buying a new car can be a time filled with stress and uncertainty, no matter the number of times you have purchased a vehicle in the past.  That's why Al Dugger, Sales Manager with Royston Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, goes above and beyond what is necessary to ensure that each customer feels at ease and is pleased with their experience long after the deal is signed.

"The best thing I can provide my customer is a highly trained sales associate who makes the purchasing process seamless," says Al.  "When customers come in or call the dealership, they do not always know WHAT they want, but they do know they need or want something else.  That is where I come in, making sure that the customer receives ALL the information to make an intelligent decision."

Al does this by providing daily sales training to Royston associates, training that has very little to do with how to sell a car.  "I want our sales staff to know how to listen to their customers… really listen to their needs, desires and concerns," states Al.  "Then and only then can we understand the customers desires and assist them in their purchase."

"Trust is key," continues Al.  "Whether trust is measured by the A+ rating we have with the Better Business Bureau or by the number of repeat customers who buy from us again and again, I feel blessed to be part of the process that creates that feeling of reliability for those who walk in our doors."

Why Royston Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram?

With 30 years of experience in the car industry, why does Al enjoy working at Royston Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram so much?  "Family," Al declares.  "Leroy Royston has cultivated an environment in which every associate feels like part of a family.  That is hard to find in today's world."

Offering four highly recognized brands enters the equation as well.  "The Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and Ram names equal quality in the minds of many people.  It's easy to stand behind and back these vehicles because the brands speak for themselves."
